All genuine Hikvision products include official 1-year manufacturer warranty from purchase date.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Hardware failures under normal use
3. What Is NOT Covered
- Physical damage, water damage, power surges
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Improper installation
4. How to Claim
- Email aladincoxs@gmail.com with invoice, model, serial number, and issue description
- We verify eligibility within 2 business days
- Approved claims processed through Hikvision authorised service
- Repair/replacement: 7–21 business days
